We are excited to announce the evolution of our Apéritif concept into a season-long Salon Series of chamber works. Performed in intimate settings at Christ Church Cambridge and other locations in the metro Boston area, these concerts are intended to showcase chamber repertoire from Mozart to Brubeck and from the Old World to the New, expanding Pro Arte’s traditional repertoire.

Evenings will include string quartets convering works of Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven and Brahms among others, and also larger pieces that include piano, winds, horns or voice. We plan moden works by Britten, Franck, Dvorák, Bartók, Tsintsadze, Kodaly and Martin along with ensemble compositions by Pro Arte Principal Cellist Steven Laven. You will be delighted by up close transformative experiences showcasing Boston’s best.
