How did you first get involved in music?

My parents are musicians. My mom and her college roommate promised to teach each other’s children and she was a violinist. So, I play the violin.

Who is your musical hero?

Hmm, as a child it was Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg but I think I mainly thought her bare midriff outfits were so awesome. Funny but true. Now I would have to say Beethoven because I’m always in the mood to play his music.

What is your favorite memory from performing with Pro Arte?

One of our two recent Beethoven violin concerto concerts. First with Haldan Martinson, then with Arturo Delmoni. Both first class performances.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Its hard to choose just one. We have a cabin in the smoky mountains in NC that I love year after year. I also love Cape Cod!
